Prepaid services, packages, and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Products purchased are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

If you have any concerns regarding your results, we encourage you to schedule a follow-up appointment so we can assess and discuss appropriate next steps. Adjustments or additional treatments may be recommended to achieve desired results and will be subject to additional cost.
