Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Cancellation

We kindly ask that all appointment changes or cancellations be made at least 48 hours in advance.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of $150.

This allows us to respect both your time and the time of other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost.

Repeated no-shows may require a deposit to book future appointments or may result in refusal of future bookings.
